We ship worldwide. We do not ship to p.o. box address.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All our goods come with a manufacturer's warranty to give you a complete peace of mind!

You may return new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery date. Delivery date is determined from the tracking information provided. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. We will pay for the return costs if the return is a result of our error.

After the first 30 days:
If after 30 days of delivery, you have any problem with any of the items you purchased, please let us know and we will help you to work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.

Refund will be issued after your item has been inspected and found to be in it's original condition. Original shipping prices are not refundable. If the return is due to our error then you will receive a full refund. No restocking fee on exchanges.

Return Instructions
Please return the products in the packaging received. Include in the package the original invoice and any additional instructions.

Please note that due to the huge variety and often complex nature of pool/spa systems and products, and because we do not have the privilege of knowing with absolute certainty the complete and relevant details of a buyer's system, we cannot and will not accept responsibility for merchandise that is not compatible or does not work with your system as might be expected.
