It eliminates and controls multiple resistant forms and colors of algae. It removes even the most persistent algae problems. Skill-it: Does not require pH adjustment. Contains no heavy metals. Helps keep bees and wasps away. Is non-metallic and non-staining. Is user-friendly. This product works best when added by itself directly to pool water. May be added directly to the pool in any spot or added to the water circulation equipment. The product is compatible with most swimming pool chemicals but should never be mixed directly with chlorine or any other oxidizer. When you are initially applying the product, begin by backwashing the filter thoroughly. Vacuum the algae debris and brush the pool. Add approx.: 1 oz per 3,125 gallons or 4 oz per 12,500 gallons or 26 ounces of Skill-it to each 50,000 gallons of water. Vacuum the pool after 24 hours to remove dead algae. If the algae are still visible, repeat the process until the pool is free of algae. For maintenance application, add 2 oz per 15,384 gallons or 6.5 ounces of Skill-it to 50,000 gallons of water every three to five days or as necessary. A booster application may be need is after a heavy rainfall or when you have had a lot of people in the pool. In this case, add 6.5 ounces of the product to 50,000 gallons of water. If algae growth is noticeable, use the initial application of the product for best results.
