Aqua Rite Electronic Chlorine Generators are the largest selling system in the world. The Aqua Rite automatically sanitizes your pool by converting the salt into free chlorine which kills bacteria and algae in the pool. They automatically produce pure chlorine every day while the pool is being filtered and distribute it evenly throughout the pool via the return jets. The operation requires a low concentration of salt (sodium chloride) in the pool water. These levels are low enough that it normally will not be tasted. Chlorine will revert back to sodium chloride after killing bacteria. These reactions will continuously recycle virtually eliminating the need to add sanitizing chemicals to your pool. You may need to add more salt to the pool is when water is replenished due to backwashing, draining, or splashing (not evaporation). Aqua Rite generators use a low concentration of salt dissolved in the pool water (below the level of taste) to produce up to 1.45 lbs of chlorine daily, enough for all residential pools up to 40,000 gallons. They are also NSF certified and approved for use on commercial and public pools. They easily install on standard filtration systems, both for new construction and on existing pools. Aqua Rite chlorine generators operating with software version 1.50 or later are designed to use one of 3 different chlorinator cells that are available from your authorized Goldline dealer. These cells are not included with the Aqua Rite and must be purchased before installation. Choose the appropriate cell based on the size of your pool.
